This is the strawberry flan I made for tea last night. I had to photograph it as it looked so pretty. I confess the flan case was shop bought so it was quick and easy to make. I actually prefer eating it the day after when the sponge has absorbed all the juices. Hopefully there'll be a slice left for me to enjoy with a nice cup of tea and a good magazine later today!

ReplyDeleteIf you lived closer I'd come and help you. I did "hire" myself out to my best friend once. In exchange for lunch, I helped her sort through and de-clutter one of her spare rooms. It was total mayhem when we started but looked pretty clean and organized by the end of the day.

Looks fantastic! I sometimes use ready baked flan cases/ pastry and think why waste your time doing the boring stuff!! I love to bake though and my efforts this week have gone down really well, in fact I'm going to have to whip up another cake before the weekend! Enjoy your day Jacqquie!
